Giganto Redesign

 This is a artefact design I undertook to stretch myself during my personal identity through portfolio development module. Project Description: This project I was to update a portfolio piece, however, being interested in creating a new showreel for the new year. I requested permission to undertake a new project instead. This project was to be a redesign of Giganto the first boss from Sonic Frontiers (2022).  The reason for this choice is that is allowed me to improve three areas from my previous showreel. These area's being monsters, robots and weapons. The clip I was aiming to do a better job than was a gears of war clip that was the last minute of my sound design one module.  That clip faced criticism for the lack of sonic interest or limited range of sounds produced. The Vale Shadow of the Crown VR/AR RPG Concept

This was a project completed for the Sound Design 2 Module. Project Description: This project reimagines the Hit Audio Only RPG as an VR/AR experience. It adds new features powered by audio that aim to further the immersion of the game.  Technical Description: The project adds features such as an inactivity monitoring, multiplayer hints/comments feature and hand tracking for combat. Implementation Showreel

This showreel demonstrates some of my implementation work while at Edinburgh Napier from the Advanced Interactive Audio Module and on my Professional Internship module. Project Description: This video is split into three 1-minute segments each using a different audio engine to implement sound into a Unity games engine project. Project 1 Unity 3D Game Kit   This Project was a collaboration with Modestas Skadeilis in which we attempted to produce all the sounds for a game using only audio created at runtime using a combination of Wwise and Pure Data.
